Anamarie Ferreira de Melo is the co-founder of Urban Health Solutions and its non-profit arm, Urban Health Partnerships. Urban Health Solutions is a public health consulting firm devoted to supporting environments and systems that uplift the population's health within cities. Since 2003, Anamarie has been dedicated to alleviating stressors in urban environments affecting economic stability, health equity, transportation, public space, housing, food security, and access to health care. She holds a Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology and is Certified in Public Health by the National Board of Public Health Examiners.
