Educated in both architecture and landscape architecture, Isabel brings exceptional attention to design creativity, detailing, and construction implementation of high-profile, transformative public spaces. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, Isabel is a strong communicator, with deep experience leading extensive public engagement efforts and complex multi-agency approvals for large public realm projects. Isabel has been in charge of Phases 1 and 2 of the High Line Section 3; the High Line’s 18th Street Plaza and the High Line X Moynihan Connector in New York City, as well as the Framework Plan and Phase 1 of The Underline in Miami.
