With fifteen years in the public and private sectors focused on large-scale infrastructure, climate adaptation and strategic planning, Justin approaches his role as Chief Planning and Strategy Officer with the aim of expanding access to quality open space to all Houstonians. Justin is responsible for expanding partnerships and leading strategic initiatives, in addition to overseeing the organization’s planning studies.
Justin holds a Masters in Urban Planning from New York University and a BA from the University of Texas at Austin.
