Marcus serves Trinity Park Conservancy as Director of Capital Projects. Previously with Matthews Southwest, Marcus brings with him a decade of experience serving as Project Manager and Owner’s Representative. At Matthews Southwest, Marcus was responsible for managing design teams for construction projects ranging from $10 million to $350 million. His work includes projects such as the Omni Dallas, Alamo Drafthouse Cedars, NYLO Hotel, Southside Flats, and several others. Marcus’ collaborative approach to projects garners him much respect throughout the city. Marcus earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Texas Christian University. A native of Grand Prairie, he currently resides in Dallas.
